As the exclusive New York instructor and East Coast authority of the Eric Morris System of acting since 1993, Anthony began to notice a trend of success with clients from the world of private enterprise.  As a result, he created Business Performance Advantage Inc. / The Bova Communication System.  The Bova Communication System utilizes acting techniques and exercises to remove obstacles to effective communication for business professionals.

Professionals from Broadway to Wall Street have gravitated to his classes, responding to his personalized and practical approach.  This approach trains business professionals to express themselves with clarity, authenticity, confidence, passion and most importantly, the ability to connect to others. He has gained a reputation for "blueprinting" his clients' communication processes and enabling them to overcome communication obstacles.

Anthony is an accomplished executive coach, actor, acting instructor and writer. He recently authored the chapter "True Acting" in Healing Tales: The Narrative Arts in Spiritual Tradition, being released in the Spring of 2008. This chapter explores the residual healing effects his work has on people's lives.
